Our mission
Most property portals were designed for houses, with commercial property and businesses squeezed into the same template. Lease length ends up in a paragraph of text, turnover is missing altogether, and a shop with flats above has nowhere to say so. Pavilion starts from the other end. We set out to build the marketplace that a commercial agent, a business owner or an investor would design: honest, searchable and quick to use.
Our mission is simple. Make it easy to find the right premises or business, make it easy to list one accurately, and make the introduction between the two fast and safe.
Built for commercial
On Pavilion the numbers that decide a commercial deal are first-class fields, not afterthoughts. Every listing can carry them, buyers can search and sort on them, and sellers are prompted for them when they list.
- Turnover and net profit, so a business can be assessed at a glance.
- Lease years remaining and tenure, freehold or leasehold.
- Premium, shown separately from price and rent.
- Planning use class, filterable in search.
- Floor area, sector and deal type: sale or let.
- Flats above and other residential accommodation, with their rents and how they are held.

How it works
Sellers, agents and franchisors create a listing in four steps and it is reviewed by our team before it goes live. Buyers search, save a shortlist, send a message or request a viewing from the listing page; for a franchise opportunity they complete a short qualification form instead. Enquiries, viewing requests and leads go straight to the seller, agent or franchisor, who replies, confirms or proposes a new time from their dashboard. Pavilion introduces the two sides; the transaction itself happens between them and their advisers.
Launch status
Pavilion is newly launched. During the launch period every listing, featured placement and agency plan is free, so you can list and get to know the platform without paying anything. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any fees are introduced. We are adding listings and features every week, and feedback from early sellers, agents and buyers shapes what we build next.
