Cookie policy

This Cookie policy explains how Property Pavilion, operated by Aidvante Consulting Group Ltd (company number 12102627), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. It should be read with our Privacy policy. We use cookies in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK GDPR. Non-essential cookies are only set with your consent.

Updated 13th Oct 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and understand how it is used. We may also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels, which we refer to collectively as "cookies".

2. The types of cookies we use

At present Pavilion itself sets only strictly necessary cookies. The other types below are ones we may use in future, and we will ask for your consent before setting any of them.

  • Strictly necessary cookies (always on) — required for the Platform to function, for example signing in, keeping your session secure, protecting the Platform and your account against fraud, remembering saved listings and processing payments. These do not require consent.
  • Functional cookies — remember your preferences and improve your experience, for example search filters, recently viewed listings and map settings.
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it, for example pages viewed and searches run. Set only with your consent.

3. Third-party and embedded content

Some features rely on third parties that may set their own cookies, including:

  • OpenStreetMap — to show listing locations on maps
  • Stripe — to process payments securely
  • Social sharing — when you share a listing to Facebook, X, LinkedIn or WhatsApp, those platforms may set cookies
These providers are responsible for their own cookies; see their privacy and cookie notices for details.

5. How long cookies last

  • Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies remain for a set period (from a few days up to 12 months) or until you delete them.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie policy as our site and the tools we use change. The "last updated" date shows the current version.
